Noah Limbaugh was initiated into Hot Springs Lodge 380, making him the fourth generation of Elks belonging to Lodge 380. His great-grandfather, J.R. Smith, transferred his membership to the lodge after moving to Hot Springs in 1947, and was exalted ruler from 1955 to 1956, remaining an active member until his death. Grandmother Merrilyn Mann and his parents, Jamie Limbaugh and Martin Limbaugh, are active members, with both his parents serving as officers in the lodge this year.
