Landon Kyle Davis, 20, is surrounded by Hot Springs police officers and a police dog Saturday evening during a standoff on the roof of the LifeNet building in the 200 block of Ouachita Avenue. The standoff began when Davis, who is wanted for aggravated residential burglary, felony terroristic threatening and domestic battery, ran from officers who responded to a domestic disturbance on Hickory Street that involved him, said Hot Springs police Cpl. Joey Williams. The standoff began at around 4:30 p.m. when Davis allegedly climbed onto the roof of the Starlite Club, then jumped to the roof of the adjacent LifeNet building. Williams said officers feared Davis was going to jump or fall and tackled him shortly before 6:20 p.m.
