A Royal woman was arrested on multiple felony drug charges after a traffic stop for reportedly driving erratically Tuesday afternoon on Mountain Pine Road.

Tiffany Shea Campbell, 41, who lists a Bramblebush Lane address, was taken into custody around 1:45 p.m. and charged with possession of meth with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized use of another person's property to facilitate certain crimes, each punishable by up to 20 years in prison, and possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver involving various prescription pills, punishable by up to six years.

Campbell, a parolee, was being held on bonds totaling $17,500 and a zero bond parole hold, and appeared Wednesday in Garland County District Court.

According to the probable cause affidavit, shortly before 1 p.m. Wednesday, Arkansas State Police Trooper Ryan Wingo saw a gray Jeep northbound on Mountain Pine Road that veered across the fog line onto the shoulder of the road so he made a traffic stop on it and the driver, later identified as Campbell, pulled into the ditch.

Wingo had her pull off the highway onto McGrew Road and soon determined her driver's license was suspended and she was on parole with a search waiver on file. It was also learned the vehicle was registered to a Hot Springs man.

When asked, Campbell denied there was anything illegal in the vehicle but due to the waiver Wingo had her exit the vehicle and searched it. He reportedly found a zippered pouch behind the driver's seat and a half-empty bottle of rum in the back passenger seat.

Wingo opened the pouch and allegedly found two pill bottles containing multiple pills, later identified as alprazolam and clonzapam while seven pills could not be identified. He also reportedly found two baggies of what later tested positive for meth, a total of 3.2 grams, a dollar bill with meth residue, two digital scales, four plastic measuring cups, multiple empty syringes and two syringes filled with an unknown liquid.

In addition to the felony charges, Campbell was cited driving on a suspended license and improper lane change.

According to court records, Campbell was convicted on felony drug charges on Aug. 29, 2016, and sentenced to three years in prison. She was on parole at the time of her conviction in 2016 from a Dec. 9, 2013, conviction for possession of a controlled substance, meth, where she was also sentenced to three years in prison.
