Cottrell Chapel observes

pastor, wife's anniversary

Members of Cottrell Chapel CME Church, 698 E. Grand Ave., will celebrate Pastor James and first lady Jennifer Story's fourth anniversary at 3 p.m. Sunday. Guests will be the Rev. Tyrone Clegg, as speaker, and members of Bethlehem Baptist Church, of Searcy, with the Choir and Praise Team and Team Challenge Male Chorus of Arkansas.

Holy Ghost Headquarters

Holy Ghost Headquarters Christian Ministries, 1900 Hobson Ave., will celebrate 21 years of ministry with a "We are a Special Piece of the Community" Block Party from noon to 3 p.m. today.

There will be horses, face painting, a car showcase, Father's Day crafts, a cooling station, sweets walk, dunking booth, free food and drinks, and door prizes.

This is a free event for all ages.

Roanoke Baptist Church, 236/238 Whittington Ave., will celebrate its seventh annual Male Chorus Day at 3 p.m. Sunday. The theme will be "Men of Faith Worshiping God through Songs." Special guests will be members of Gethsemane Baptist Church, the Rev. Demond Newborn, Chester Carrigan and father and son from McGehee.

No Limits Revival will be held at Visitors Chapel AME Church, 319 Church St., Monday through Wednesday. There will be teaching at 6 p.m. with a service at 7 p.m.
