A power line lies across a parking lot in the 2000 block of Spring Street after a tractor-trailer attempted to turn down a side street and snagged a utility wire, bringing down three utility poles in the process. Around 1,700 Entergy Arkansas Inc. customers were without service shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday due to the damage. The outage stretched eastward along East Grand from Convention Boulevard to Summit Ridge Trail.
