Crystal Chimes Chorus is gearing up to compete in the Sweet Adelines Region 25 competition in Little Rock March 23-25 at the Robinson Center.
To perfect their skill, the chorus members welcome coaches to assist them in their vocal production and performance. Recently, Patty Friedemann from Tulsa, Okla., gave the chorus a two-day coaching session. Friedemann is a member of the Talk of Tulsa Chorus and has been a Sweet Adeline for over 30 years.
The competition is open to the public. Tickets are available at the door. Quartets will perform and compete on Friday and choruses will perform and compete on Saturday.
Sweet Adelines is an international organization that promotes four-part a cappella barbershop harmony.
