Derrick Wayne Lawson, 40, Alicia Danielle Watson, 32, and Alicia Ann Jones, 37, who all list an address of 322 Morrison Ave., and Christopher James Watson, 36, who lists a Rosenberg, Texas, address, were all taken into custody at the Morrison Avenue residence and each charged with possession of meth with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized use of another person's property to facilitate certain crimes, each punishable by up to 20 years in prison, and possession of marijuana with purpose to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia, punishable by up to six years.

Lawson was also charged with a felony count of possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver, mushrooms, punishable by up to 10 years in prison. All four were being held in lieu of $20,000 bond and were set to appear Monday in Garland County District Court.

According to the probable cause affidavit, Detective Jjesus Anaya and other members of the police narcotics unit, assisted by officers with the SWAT team, executed a narcotics search warrant on the residence shortly after 6 a.m. and after securing the house located all four suspects inside.

During a search of the house, investigators allegedly found 0.3 gram of marijuana in plain sight on a corner shelf and a baggie with 5.4 grams of what later tested positive for meth in a box on the same shelf. In a closet they found a baggie of marijuana, 15.7 grams, a set of digital scales, a tin can with 0.2 gram of meth, a glass meth pipe, Alicia Watson's ID card and a lease agreement for the house with Alicia Watson and Lawson listed as the renters.

In searching Lawson, the officers allegedly found a folded piece of paper containing 2.6 grams of mushrooms, seven individual baggies of marijuana, 9.1 grams, and $76 in cash in his pockets.

The affidavit notes the residence is within 1,000 feet of a church in the 500 block of Morrison and school property on Alcorn Street.
