Grady Wayne Harvey, 57, and Carolyn Elaine Wilkie, 46, who both list 337 Ford Road as their residence, were taken into custody around 6:15 a.m. Thursday after agents with the 18th Judicial District East Drug Task Force, the Garland County Sheriff's Tactical Response Team, Hot Springs police Narcotics Unit officers and Arkansas State Police executed a narcotics search warrant on a mobile home located there.

Danny Ray Golden, 52, and a 16-year-old male were also inside the residence when officers made entry. Golden had warrants and a hold on him from another agency, so he was also taken into custody. A school bus stopped in front of the residence while investigators were there and the juvenile was allowed to board it and go on to school.

Harvey, a previously convicted felon, was charged with felony counts of possession of meth with purpose to deliver, punishable by up to 30 years in prison, possession of a firearm by certain persons, a warrant for delivery of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia, each punishable by up to 20 years, and first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, unauthorized use of another person's property to facilitate crime and possession of drug paraphernalia, each punishable by up to six years. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana with purpose to deliver.

Wilkie was charged with felony counts of maintaining a drug premises, punishable by up to 20 years in prison, first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia, punishable by up to six years, and misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana with purpose to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the suspects were searched and two baggies with a total of 15 grams of meth were reportedly found in Harvey's pants pocket.

In searching the residence, investigators allegedly found a meth pipe in Harvey's bedroom, along with a small amount of meth on a mirror, digital scales and a container with meth residue and multiple documents in Harvey's name. In searching Wilkie's bedroom, they allegedly found 1.9 grams of marijuana, a marijuana smoking device and multiple baggies. They also found a .25-caliber handgun in a jewelry box in her bedroom.

The affidavit notes Harvey was convicted in Murfreesboro in 1982 of burglary and theft of property and had multiple felony convictions from arrests in Garland County. He was convicted of possession of a firearm by certain persons in Garland County in 2016 and given a suspended sentence he is still under.

Tax records showed the property at 337 Ford Road belonged to another man, but the mobile home belonged to Wilkie. The affidavit noted investigators were aware the home was the known residence of Harvey.

The Department of Human Services and Child Abuse Hotline were contacted about the juvenile. Approximately $421 in cash in Harvey's possession was seized by the DTF and the property was closed by a court-ordered nuisance abatement injunction issued Wednesday.

The DTF is comprised of investigators from the state police, GCSD, HSPD, 18th Judicial District East prosecuting attorney's office and U.S. Homeland Security Investigations.
