Hot Springs police detectives speak with Isaac Love, left, on Wednesday after he claimed that another driver nearly ran him off the road on Fox Pass Cutoff and then fired a gunshot at his vehicle. Officer 1st Class Joey Williams said there was reportedly a road rage-type incident between two motorists that began outside the city limits and continued until they were both stopped inside the city limits. He said there was one shot fired, but no one was injured. No charges had been filed in the incident as of Thursday, but Williams said it was still under investigation and charges could be filed.
