Lakeside School District Superintendent Shawn Cook spins several students on a fully accessible merry-go-round during Parents' Night Out on Oct. 18. Parents' Night Out allows parents of special needs students an evening out once each nine weeks. The school provides care, including instructors, a nurse, paraprofessionals and volunteers, along with activities and dinner.
