MOUNT IDA -- The Quartz, Quiltz, and Craftz "QQC" Festival will be held this weekend at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Mount Ida.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday at the fairgrounds located at 248 Fairgrounds Road in Mount Ida.
Three buildings will each feature one of the three shows with additional gem and mineral booths and food vendors outside. Admission is free. Attendees may enter a free drawing for door prizes. Raffle tickets for a chance to win this year's featured quilt will be available for purchase.
