Mark Lewis, left, son of the late John Mark Lewis, Anthony Whittingham, Hot Springs Parks and Trails director, and Mark Toth, president of the Whittington Valley Neighborhood Association, participated Thursday morning in the dedication of the John Mark Lewis Pavilion at Baseball Trail Park, 1201 Whittington Ave. John Lewis, who died in May 2017, played an active role in protecting, promoting and revitalizing the Whittington Valley area, including the upgrades to the Baseball Park Trail. The pavilion was dedicated by the Parks and Trails Department and the WVNA.
