Varsity and JV boys from around the state start Wave 5 of an Arkansas National Interscholastic Cycling Association race at Cedar Glades Park on Sunday. It was the third race of the 2018 Arkansas NICA season, and the first NICA event held at Cedar Glades, according to the Arkansas Interscholastic Cycling League's website.
