From left, Triumph Airborne Structures President Alex Emma, directors Kelly Timbs and William Buxton, and manager Steve Taylor grilled 150 bratwursts for the company's first Bratwurst Friday last week, raising over $1,000 to benefit the Ouachita Children's Center. Triumph management donated all the food and grilled the bratwursts for employees to purchase, with 100 percent of the funds going to OCC. Many employees also made additional donations. OCC had given a presentation at a company-wide meeting earlier in the month and Emma said he "has a very soft spot in my heart for at-risk kids" and was honored to support the work OCC does to support the community.
