Members of the Hot Springs Police Department, and representatives of Abilities Unlimited Inc. of Hot Springs, the Civitan Services of Bryant and LongHorn Steakhouse promote the Hot Springs Tip-A-Hero event, which is set for 5-8:30 p.m. Thursday at LongHorn, 1470 Higdon Ferry Road. Local first responders will wait tables, with 100 percent of all tips and donations going to the Special Olympics Arkansas.
