A car being sought by the Garland County Sheriff's Department in relation to an unidentified female juvenile who was found shot "multiple times" on Housley Point Road on Thursday was located that night, the sheriff's department said Friday morning.

The Garland County Sheriff's Department asked the public's help in locating a "vehicle of interest" after an unidentified female juvenile who had been shot "multiple times" was found crawling across the 100 block of Housley Point Road around noon Thursday.
The car was described in a news release as a maroon 2002 Honda CRV, with Arkansas license plate 649 XFL. Anyone with information was asked to call the Garland County Sheriff's Department at 501-622-3660.
The release said the Garland County Dispatch Center received a call of a female who had been shot and was lying in the road on Housley Point at around 12:07 p.m. Thursday.
"Patrol deputies arrived and found a juvenile female who had apparently been shot," the release said.
Sheriff's Sgt. John Schroeder said at the scene that the juvenile had apparently been shot "multiple times."
Housley Point Road was still blocked off by emergency vehicles and yellow crime scene tape at 1:30 p.m. as investigators continued to work the scene.
LifeNet, which responded within 10 minutes of the initial call, airlifted the shooting victim from a landing zone set up in the parking lot of Harps Food Store, 5536 Central Ave., at around 12:41 p.m.
Under Sheriff Jason Lawrence, asked about reports the shooting was the result of a carjacking, said they were "investigating all possibilities at this point."
The juvenile female was apparently discovered by a dump truck driver who was delivering materials down the road and stopped to help, according to the truck's owner, Michael McHenry.
"We were delivering materials down here and I guess my driver was the first one here. ... He saw her crawling across the street right after. He must have been the first one here," McHenry said.
McHenry said he owns two dump trucks. One of the trucks remained parked on the roadway, behind the yellow crime scene tape, as investigators were working.
