An experienced business owner, LaDuke has owned and operated Shannon LaDuke Photography for the past 10 years. Through that business, she has worked with many families in the area and collaborated with local businesses for marketing and promotional purposes.

"We feel in addition to her wonderful and outgoing personality, her experience as a business owner will be well-received by our membership and gives her a firm understanding of what we are striving to achieve as a Chamber," said Gary Troutman, Chamber president and CEO, in the press release.

LaDuke moved to Hot Springs in 2004 and "immediately fell in the love with the rich history and charm of the area," she said.

"I'm thrilled about the opportunity to work with an outstanding team and such a dynamic organization," LaDuke said. "I've already had the pleasure of meeting some of the Chamber Ambassadors, and I'm blown away by their enthusiasm and eagerness to cheer on and promote our local businesses. I'm ready to hit the ground running and get to know our existing and prospective Chamber members."

In her role at the Chamber, she will show and explain the benefits of Chamber membership to potential members, assist new members in taking full advantage of those benefits and make sure the needs of existing members are being met.
