Visitors Chapel presents 'Living Last Supper'

Historic Visitors Chapel A.M.E. Church will present "The Living Last Supper" on Palm Sunday, April 14, at 3 p.m.

The re-enactment of the Lord's Supper features the men of Visitors Chapel A.M.E. Church. The event will also feature "The Suffering Servant" by Sister Olivia Green and a special rendition by Brother Jamar Williams. Lunch will be available after the morning worship service at 1 p.m. for a donation of $10.

Christway Unity sets monthly potluck

Christway Unity Church, 45 Crown off Chapel, will hold its monthly potluck at 11:30 a.m. Sunday. The Rev. Becky Whitehead will present the sermon live via Zoom at 12:30 p.m. Call Mary Maloney, 505-504-4568, for more details.

St. Thomas celebrates Women's Month

On Sunday, St. Thomas Baptist Church will continue to celebrate International Women's Month with Camille Hannah as the speaker at 11 a.m. Friends and family are welcome.

St. Mark to host concert today

St. Mark Baptist Church, 542 Crescent, will host a concert, beginning at 6 p.m. today, featuring national recording artist Dewayne Woods, "Let Go and Let God." Other artists include David Wyatt, "Sunday's Best," Ladies of Favor Praise Dancers, Pastor Allen Hill, Sarah Smith of New Beginnings Christian Ministries, and Minister Erica Lambert Cooper and the Nazarene Baptist Church Praise Team. The event is sponsored by Tim's Barber Shop. Tickets are $20 and are still available at the shop and will be available at the door.

Nazarene Baptist to honor pastors

Members of the Nazarene Baptist Church, 220 Silver, will honor Pastor James Lambert and his wife, Rhonda, at 11 a.m. Sunday. Dinner will be served afterward. Call Clifton Thomas Jr., 501-276-4401, for more information.
