Emergency workers speak to an injured woman whose vehicle was struck by a pickup truck, shown resting on its side in the background, after she attempted a left turn in the 5700 block of Albert Pike Road Monday afternoon. Arkansas State Police Cpl. Chuck Riggs said the woman, who was eastbound on Albert Pike, attempted to turn left into a gas station when the truck, which was westbound, collided with her car. Two people were transported to area hospitals by LifeNet with non life-threatening injuries.
