Multiple fire departments on scene of house fire

MOUNTAIN PINE — Multiple fire departments were at the scene of a fully involved house fire at 302 Ninth St. in Mountain Pine Wednesday afternoon.

Piney Fire Department Chief Scott Miser said that all occupants were out of the house, but one firefighter was transported from the scene by ambulance due to smoke inhalation.

Mountain Pine school buses were being rerouted around the fire scene.

Three fire engines were at the scene, from Mountain Pine Fire Department and Piney, which arrived to provide mutual aid. Entergy Arkansas Inc. and the Garland County Sheriff's Department were also at the fire scene.
