Annual Women's Day service set for Sunday

Living Waters Church of God in Christ, 306 Grove St., will hold its annual Women's Day Service, "From Victim to Victorious," Luke 4:18, 1 Corinthians 15:57, at 11 a.m. Sunday.

Guest speaker will be Ruby Heard, New Beginnings Christian Ministries.

Author to address Center for Spiritual Oneness

The Rev. Aliza Bloom Robinson, a best-selling author, speaker and "vibrational catalyst touching hearts, freeing souls and transforming lives," will present "Luck, Faith, Alignment? Which Do You Rely On?" at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at the Hot Springs Center for Spiritual Oneness, 300 Oaklawn St.

Robinson, founder of the Center for Divine Awakening, has written books including "Falling Into Ease" and "Paradox of Awakening -- Finding Peace in a World of Chaos."

Greater St. Paul celebrates anniversary

The members of Greater St. Paul Baptist Church will observe their 139th church anniversary at 3 p.m. Sunday.

The guest for the occasion will be Pastor Floyd Trotter of Clear Lake Baptist Church of Texarkana, Texas.

Music will be furnished by Greater St. Paul combined choirs and the guest church. The public is welcome to attend.
