Hot Springs writer/photographer Lee Hiller-London recently won the People’s Choice Award for flowers in Arkansas in the Capture Arkansas competition.

Her winning image is titled “Spring Storm Beauty.”

The contest was sponsored by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and Bedford Cameras & Video.

Hiller-London is originally from Portland, Ore., and moved to Hot Springs in October 2009.

“I fell in love with it immediately and noticed one could not hike in Hot Springs National Park without recognizing this dazzling beauty,” she said.
