LITTLE ROCK – A state senator said Monday he is appealing a teacher licensing board’s recommendation that he be issued a written warning for violating a code of ethics for educators.

The Arkansas Board of Education delayed considering whether to issue a written warning to state Sen. Jack Crumbly, who is also superintendent of the Earle School District.
