A local man was reportedly attacked and robbed outside his home early Sunday by four unknown suspects.

The victim, 28, told police he was sitting in the front yard of his residence in the 700 block of Pleasant Street around 12:45 a.m. drinking beer when he was jumped from behind by four black males.

The victim was knocked onto his back and attempted to defend himself by kicking the suspects and yelling for help.
