Corbet Deary, freelance outdoor writer and photographer for The Sentinel-Record, will teach a landscape and wildlife photography workshop from 8 a.m. until dark Saturday at the Arkansas Native Plant and Wildlife Center at Mena.

The class will focus mainly on composition, perspective, depth of field, lens choice, and shutter speed verses aperture, as well as the importance of using a tripod.

Those taking the workshop will have the opportunity to photograph wildlife, a waterfall and a landscape photograph from atop Rich Mountain.
