Hot Springs police are investigating the discovery early Wednesday of a body lying among numerous junk cars parked in a lot near a local car dealership in the 600 block of Malvern Avenue.

The victim, identified as Russell Morris, 50, of Hot Springs, was reportedly last known to be staying in a halfway house, but had not been seen by family members in awhile, Garland County Corner Stuart Smedley said.
