HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE – Last fall’s successful assessment campaign pledged that a portion of the revenues would be used to promote the community to attract visitors and property owners to keep the Village vibrant and growing.

An ad hoc promotion committee was formed to establish the program, and a summary presented last Wednesday by Dick Breckon, former Property Owners’ Association Board president and member, summarizes the initial goals.
