Our 14th annual Norma Lampert Memorial Lupus Springers SK Race and Walk for Lupus Now is over. The many hurdles and challenges we faced were really unbelievable, but thank God we made it. The rain was one challenge we totally had no control over, but it did not stop the race or walkers from participating. The participation was great, considering the weather was not. Shortage of volunteers is always our biggest challenge. Stretching people out over three miles is not easily done.
