Dear editor:

After watching the news today, I feel I must write this letter. The Climate Bill (”cap and trade”) was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives by just seven votes. It now goes to the U.S. Senate. If we do not act now, it will be passed and here goes more of our money.

President Obama states this additional expense will be paid by the companies involved. Wake up! This simply means that we will be paying more for electricity, natural gas, gasoline, etc., because this expense will come down the line to the consumer.
