As a stake holder in the future of Arkansas, Hot Springs in particular, I feel compelled to offer input to the discussions that will lead to the final decisions that will structure Arkansas’ state lottery.

If Mr. Passailaigue said, as stated in this newspaper (June 27), that monitor games included Keno and other games played on a video monitor, including the card game Texas Hold ’Em and a horse racing game where players pick numbers for individual horses, then I would remind him that video monitor games are the primary form of gaming in all casinos.
