Hats off to the Garland County and city of Hot Springs public health teams! The Oct. 30 flu clinic at the Hot Springs Convention Center was very well organized. Everyone was polite and efficient.

I took my son, a 9-year-old, who has asthma, to get his flu shots that morning. We arrived at the Convention Center about 7:40 a.m. There were already several hundred people in line, but we were all inside out of the rain.
