The 2009 Garland County Youth Council officers recently participated in planning, preparing and executing the County 4-H Awards Banquet held at Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa. The main roles of the Youth Council is to plan events for the County 4-H programs including banquet, camp and fall fun night.
