Parsons - Godbey

John and Wanda Parsons, of Hot Springs, announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Parsons, to Jared Godbey, son of David and Paula Godbey, of Bonham, Texas.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Lakeside High School and Hot Springs Cosmetology School. She is employed with Styling Salon of Denison, Texas.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Bonham High School. He is employed as a millwright with Cole Services, Denison.

An afternoon wedding will be held Saturday, Oct. 24, at Gulpha Gorge.
