Cooking for Life vegetarian cooking classes will be held for three consecutive Tuesday evenings beginning Nov 3 at 6 p.m. at the Seventh-day Adventist Church fellowship hall, 401 Weston Road. Class leaders, Betty Baerg, Dr. Rheeta Stecker, and Janet Lickey, will present food preparation demonstrations featuring whole food and raw food recipes. Baerg, pictured, spent much of May on a combined mission and pleasure trip to Peru and gathered a number of food ideas which she will be sharing.
