CHICAGO – Reserve Shay Murphy scored 15 points as the Indiana Fever extended their franchise- record winning streak to nine games, 83-54 over the Chicago Sky on Friday.

The Fever (9-2) never trailed as they blitzed the Sky 33-9 in the opening quarter on 72.2 percent (13 of 18) shooting before 4,021 fans at the UIC Pavilion.

The Sky (6-7) took their fourth straight loss and first at home. Chicago shot only 22.9 (8 of 35) in the opening half and its 54 points were a season low.
