UA plans to mix, match in middle
FAYETTEVILLE - Four linemen bench pressing 400-plus pounds each weigh into Arkansas’ offensive depth chart.
When spring drills closed, the Razorbacks listed Wade Grayson as the starting center, distantly backed by walk-on Clay Bemberg with Grant Cook and Seth Oxner listed a close one-two at left guard. Now a glance at the Razorbacks’ media brochure going into Thursday’s start of preseason drills finds Oxner and Grayson, in that order, listed a near dead heat one-two at center with Cook now backed at left guard by incoming junior college transfer Zhamal Thomas.
