When Tim and Sandra Capel purchased Doc’s Pizzeria nearly seven years ago they had two goals: Serve a quality product at a reasonable price and offer the best customer service humanly possible. As the recent recipient of three Sentinel-Record Reader’s Choice Awards, it seems their goals have been met.

“But, there is no stopping,” the press release said. “No. 1 Best Waitress (Lori Peterson), No. 2 Best Pizza, and No. 2 Best Service only want us to turn those No. 2s into No. 1s.”
