Odell D. Gaston, 75, of Hot Springs, died Sunday, July 5, 2009.

Born Feb. 22, 1934, at Mount Ida, to Guilford and Elsie Lawson Gaston, he attended First Pentecostal Church of God. He was predeceased by two sisters, Evelyn Nichols and Voila Gilstrap.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Lanora Qualls Gaston, of Hot Springs; one brother and sister-in-law, Odean and Susan Gaston, of Costa Mesa, Calif.; nieces; and nephews.

The service will be 2 p.m. today in Reed Cemetery, Story, with the Rev. Kenneth Pack officiating.
