MOUNTAIN PINE – Elsie Bridwell, 87, of Mountain Pine, died Tuesday, July 7, 2009.

Born Oct. 7, 1921, in Hopper, to Jim and Edna Yarbarough Thomas, she was a member of Mountain Pine First Baptist Church and retired from St. Joseph’s Senior Citizens Center. She was predeceased by her husband, Cecil Bridwell; one daughter, Elner Seaton; one son, James Bridwell; and two grandchildren, Janice Qualls and James Seaton.
