BISMARCK – James Roland Paschal, 83, of Bismarck, died Thursday, July 9, 2009, in a Hot Springs hospital.

Born Sept. 19, 1925, in Pine Bluff to Tom and Helen Demetri Paschal, he was a member of Bismarck United Methodist Church and Masonic Lodge 69, Pine Bluff, and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was predeceased by one brother, Pete Paschal, and one grandchild, Tammy Stroud.
