MALVERN – Kathleen Brown Ross, 87, of Malvern, died Wednesday, July 15, 2009, in a Malvern hospital.

Born April 26, 1922, in Malvern, to Walter Carl and Grace Laura Byrd Brown, she was a retired secretary for, and member of, Second Baptist Church of Malvern. She was predeceased by her husband, Leslie Edward Ross, and one sister, Jessamine Morrison.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Carl E. Blake, of El Dorado, and two grandchildren, Leslie Anne Blake and Michael Carl Blake.
