Ronald Dean Hook, 58, of Hot Springs, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009, at home.

Born May 19, 1951, in Smithville, Mo., he was a U.S. Navy and Army veteran, worked for Levi Hospital and was Southern Baptist. He was predeceased by one son, Michael Andrew Hook, and his mother, Shirley Sprague Hook.

Survivors include his wife, Debi Hook, of Hot Springs; one son, Travis D. Fosmo, of California; one daughter, Christine Franklin, of California; his father and stepmother, Ronald and Gerry Hook, of Missouri; two brothers, Randy Hook and Ken Hook, both of California; seven grandchild...
