Edna R. “Ruth” Chandler, 84, of Hot Springs, died Friday, July 3, 2009.

Born Feb. 18, 1925, in Russellville, to Carl and Maxie Bowden Teeter, she was a bookkeeper for the automobile and retail clothing industries.
