DENVER – Dr. Henry King Wade III passed away on May 30, 2009, in Denver, Colo. He is survived by wife Megan M. Wade; son, John Henry King Wade; daughter, Mary Catherine Phillips Wade; brother, Dr. Paul Douglas Wade; and former wife, Catherine Aline Wade. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Henry King Wade Jr. and Janet Gulley Wade.
