Ruth Chandler, 84, of Hot Springs, Ark., died Friday, July 3, 2009.

Ruth was born Feb. 18, 1925, in Russellville, Ark., to the late Carl and Maxie (Bowden) Teeter. She was a bookkeeper for the automobile and retail clothing industries.
