LAFAYETTE, La. – A celebration of the life of the Rev. Roy James Remont will be held at noon Friday, July 24, 2009, in the chapel of Hixson Brothers, Alexandria, with the Revs. Brian Teagle and Luther Burney officiating. Graveside services with burial will be at 3 p.m. at Strange United Methodist Church Cemetery, Readhimer, La. The family understands that due to the distance to the cemetery, some may not be traveling to the graveside. We covet your prayers as we travel.
