Kenneth “Pete” Oliver, 68, of Hot Springs, died Wednesday, July 29, 2009. He was born March 1, 1941, in Hot Springs, to Benjamin Franklin Oliver and Lillian Lee (Catlett) Oliver. Pete was a member of the Unity Full Gospel Church of Hot Springs, served in the United States Army and was employed as a cutter for Lake Catherine Footwear.
