Fred “Charles” Pennington, 66, of Hot Springs, died Friday, Oct. 30, 2009.

Born Sept. 16, 1943, in Hot Springs, to Fred L. and Lottie B. McMillan Pennington, he was an Arkansas National Guard veteran, attended Fountain of Life Church and was co-owner of Pennington Sheet Metal.
