Cathy Debora Wallace, 40, of Hot Springs, died Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009.

Born Feb. 18, 1969, in Florence, S.C., she was a 1987 graduate of Lake Hamilton High School, attended Garland County Community College, worked for Taylor’s Cleaners and was a member of Deliverance Temple Institute Church of God in Christ where she was youth coordinator, program chairperson for youth activities and chairman of the Ways and Means Ministries. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Marcus and Mary P. Wallace and Roy and Callie Williams; aunts; and uncles.
