BISMARCK – Ernesteen Keener, 96, of Bismarck, died Monday, Nov. 2, 2009, at home.

Born Dec. 15, 1912, to Lewis and Lillian Venable Johnson, she was a member of Pleasant Hill Church of Christ. She was predeceased by two husbands, Ernest McDonald and Roy Keener.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Sue and Gene Haase, of Bismarck, and Linda and Dan Watson, of Arkadelphia; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
